With a passion for people and a tireless drive for business innovation, Jeff Russell leads Pango Group with the assurance and enthusiasm of a visionary. As President, he directs strategic initiatives and oversees operations in an environment built on human potential, understanding and compassion. It is this philosophy that built the company and the reason for the personal executive coaching that Jeff developed and offers everyone.

A third generation Los Angeles native, Jeff entered the business arena during the emergence of a new age—the digital revolution. Recognizing the opportunities that technology held, Jeff applied himself to the study of diverse cultures, peoples and personalities. Over time and several executive management positions, Jeff developed his modus operandi —a framework of empathy and persistent learning that would become the foundation for coaching.

His charismatic leadership, progressive thinking and traditional values have flourished into coaching others for success. Jeff divides his time between business commitments, a voracious reading schedule and last but certainly not least, his wife and daughter.
